CANCELLING AND REFUND POLICY

Sample Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled after confirmation but over 60 days prior to departure, will forfeit $100.00 per person
- Bookings cancelled between 30-59 days prior to departure will forfeit $300.00 per person
- Bookings cancelled within 8-29days prior to departure will forfeit 50% of the total tour cost
- Bookings cancelled within 0-7 days prior to departure will forfeit 100% of the total tour cost.
Sample Amendment Policy
Where a client requests a change of hotel, departure, type of room, or tour, an amendment fee of $50.00 per change per person will apply.
